Hello.
Last night I went to a Wedding reception party and had the most delicious cake I ever had in my life. It was made by a turkish lady who had left before I arrived, What was this cake and What is the recipe. It was very light. Very moist/sticky.I believe the walnuts in the cake were crushed.. and the flaky layers were thin like waffle cookies. My GOOGLE ACCOUNT IS 8940211@Gmail.com Please contact me and TELL me what is the name of this delicious cake. I would also like a detailed recipe and instruction for making it!Yummy !! I can hardly wait for your response !

You may try adding raisins to my shortbread recipe. I've never tried those cookies before, so I don't have a specific recipe.
Hope that helps
