Last night I went to a Wedding reception party and had the most delicious cake I ever had in my life. It was made by a turkish lady who had left before I arrived, What was this cake and What is the recipe. It was very light. Very moist/sticky.I believe the walnuts in the cake were crushed.. and the flaky layers were thin like waffle cookies.
