Hi there,
My husband used to work for a group of Turks and they had him taste a custard like dessert and he loved it! It was served in a shallow pan and was scooped with a spatula. He's been asking me to find the recipe, but I don't recall what it's called!
Is there anything out there that fits my description?
Thanks!
Andrea

Hi Hayriye,
Beautiful posts on Turkish food.
I just got some beautiful peaches and was wondering whether you have a dessert/ dish using peaches. I have seen apricots and quince's in fruit-based dessserts but could come across any with peaches. Would appreciate your help; thanks!
