Broccoli Casserole (Brokoli Guveci)

1 lb broccoli, chopped
1 can/cup cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp canola oil
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup butter, melted
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup bread/cracker crumbs
1 tsp salt to taste

First cook the broccoli for 5-6 minutes in salty water. Saute onions with canola oil over medium heat. Drain cooked broccoli and stir them in. Saute for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer them into a Pyrex dish and add cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and black pepper. Mix them all. Drizzle melted butter over bread/cracker crumbs and strew them all over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 30 minutes or till the surface gets lightly brown.

Once brokoliyi tuzlu suda 5-6 dakika kaynatin ve suyunu suzun. Soganlari kanola yaginda kavurun. Brokoliyi ilave edin ve 4-5 dakika orta ateste kavurun.
Brokoliyi borcam/firin tepsisine bosaltin. Uzerine mantar corbasi, cedar peyniri ve karabiberi ilave edin. Hepsini guzelce karistirin. Tereyagini kiriklanmis ekmek/krakerlerin uzerinde gezdirin ve tepsinin uzerine esit olarak serpistirin.
Onceden isitilmis 180 C (350 F) firinda uzeri kizarana dek yaklasik 30 dakika pisirin.

Easy Pogaca (Kolay Pogaca)

1 egg (yolk separated)
100 gr butter/margarine, softened
½ cup canola oil
½ cup yogurt
½-1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt to taste
2 ½-3 cups flour
1 tbsp nigella seeds for top

Filling:
½ cup ricotta/Mexican crumbling/feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp fresh parsley/dill, chopped finely (optional)

Place all of the dough ingredients in a wide and deep bowl. Mix them all and knead with your hands till the dough gets elastic, non sticky and smooth. In a small plate, mix the filling ingredients. Grab egg size or bigger dough pieces and flatten with your palms. Place one tea spoonful of filling in the middle and close it up like a half moon shape. Stick the edges pressing with your fingers.
Place the pogacas over a greased oven tray and glaze with egg yolk. Sprinkle with nigella seeds and bake at preheated 350 F (180 C) oven till they get light brown.

Ic malzeme:
½ su bardagi beyaz peynir/lor
2 yemek kasigi maydanoz/dereotu, ince dogranmis (istege bagli)

Genis ve derince bir kaba butun hamur malzemelerini alin. Elastik ve kulak memesi yumusakliginda, puruzsuz bir hamur elde edene dek yogurun. Bir tabakta ic malzemesini karistirin.
Hamurdan yumurta ya da daha buyuk parcalar koparin elinizle acarak yuvarlak sekil verin. Ortasina bir tatli kasigi ic malzeme koyun ve ay seklinde kapatin ve kenarlarini yapistirin.
Pogcalari yaglanmis firin tepsisine aralikli olarak dizin ve uzerlerine ayirmis oldugunuz yumurta sarisini surun. Corek otu serpin ve onceden isitilmis 180C (350F) firinda uzerleri kizarana dek pisirin.

Kirma Borek (Shirred Borek)

5-6 Turkish Phyllo Dough (yufka)
250-300 gr feta/Mexican crumbling cheese, crumbled
1 cup yogurt
1-2 eggs
2/3-1/2 cup canola/olive oil

Open and spread a yufka over the counter. Cut it in half and apply some feta/crumbling cheese all over evenly. Then shirr each yufka piece from two interactively ends and bring into the middle. Cut it into 4 inch pieces and transfer them into a greased oven tray side by side (see the picture). Do the same procedure for the other yufkas.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, yogurt and canola/olive oil. Pour this mixture evenly all over the borek. Bake in the preheated 350F (180 C) oven, till the surface turns light brown (for about 40-50 minutes.)
Serve Kirma Borek warm at breakfast, brunch, lunch and etc.

Yufkayi butun olarak tezgaha yayin ve ortadan ikiye kesin. Kiriklanmis peynirden bir miktar alin ve yufkalarin her yerine esit olarak serpin. Sonra yanlardan ortada birlesecek sekilde buzun. Enlemesine yaklasik 10 cm’lik parcalar halinde kesin ve yaglanmis tepsiye yanyana dizin (resime bakiniz). Ayni islemi diger yufkalar icinde uygulayin. Bir kapta yumurta, yogurt ve kanola/zeytinyagini cirpin. Bu karisimi boregin her yerine yetecek sekilde esit olarak gezdirin. 180 C (350F)’lik firinda uzeri kizarana dek pisirin (yaklasik 40-50 dakika).

Zucchini Breakfast Casserole (Firinda Kahvaltilik Kabak)

2 zucchinis, grated
3-4 eggs
2 slices of bread, torn into pieces
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup milk
1 cup cheddar/mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C). Take grated zucchini into a Pyrex dish and salt. Place the bread pieces all over. In a bowl, whisk egg and milk then, stir in basil and cheddar/mozzarella. Pour this mixture over zucchini and bread pieces. Mix them all up.
Finally, place tomatoes on the surface and sprinkle grated Parmesan all over if desired. Bake for about 30-45 minutes till it gets light brown.
Serve warm.

Firini onceden 200 C (400 F)’ye isitin. Borcam bir tepsiye rendelenmis kabagi alin ve tuzlayin. Uzerine ekmek parcalarini serpistirin. Bir kasede sut, yumurta, kasar peyniri ve feslegeni karistirin. Borcamdaki kabaklarin uzerine dokun ve hepsini harmanlayin.
Son olarak domatesleri esit olarak uzerine yerlestirin. Istege bagli olarak Parmesan peyniri serpistirerek firina verin.
Yaklasik 30-45 dakika, uzeri hafifce kizarana dek pisirin.
Sicak servis yapin.

Gozleme

Gözleme is a savory traditional Turkish hand made and hand rolled pastry. Fresh pastry is rolled out, filled and sealed, then cooked over a griddle (sac). The name derives from the Turkish word “göz” meaning “eye”. It has several fillings such as; feta cheese, spinach- feta cheese, feta cheese-parsley, potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms.

3 yufka (Turkish phyllo pastry)
2 cups feta/ricotta/crumbling cheese
1/3 cup fresh dill/parsley, finely chopped (optional)
6 tbsp canola oil for frying
2 tsp soft butter (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Mix the feta/ricotta/crumbling cheese and dill/parsley in a bowl. Add salt if the cheese is not salty also, sprinkle black pepper if desired. This filling will make 6 piece of Gozleme, so divide it into 6.
Place the Turkish phyllo pastry on the counter or table and cut it from the middle to make two equal pieces. Then, sprinkle the filling all over. Fold the wide edges and close meeting each other. Fold the short edges and close the same way meeting the ends. You will form about a 6 inch length rectangle. Fold it in two. (Click to see the process) If desired you may spread butter between the layers. Use the same process for the remaining pastries.
Use 1 tbsp of canola oil for every piece of Gozleme and fry the both sizes. Serve warm.
Gozlemes are good to go at breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Peynir/lor ve dere otu/maydanozu bir kasede karistirin. Eger peynir tuzsuz ise tuz ve arzuya gore karabiber ilave edin. Bu malzemeden toplam 6 tane gozleme yapilacagi icin malzemeyi goz karari altiya bolun.
Yufkayi tezgah ya da masanin uzerine yayin ve ortasindan keserek iki esit parca elde edin. Sonra, orta kisimlarina ic malzemeyi yayin. Once genis kenarlarini ust uste gelecek sekilde ortaya dogru kapatin. Ardindan kisa kenarlarini ortada bulusturarak ve yine hafif ust uste gelecek sekilde katlayin. Yaklasik 2 karis boyunda bir dikdortgen elde edin ve son olarak bunu da ikiye katlayin (yapilisini gormek icin tiklayin). Arzu ederseniz katlarken ara katlarina tereyagi surebilirsiniz. Geri kalan iki yufkaya da ayni islemi uygulayin.
Kizartma tavasina her gozleme icin 1 yemek kasigi sivi yag koyarak gozlemelerin her iki tarafini da kizartin.

Potato Spinach Casserole(Patates ve Ispanakli Kaserol)

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh/frozen spinach
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 lb potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
½ tsp salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup Swiss/Cheddar/Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Puree boiled potatoes in a wide bowl. Add egg, milk, salt, black pepper and butter. Transfer into a Pyrex Dish.
Meanwhile, sauté onion with olive oil and stir in garlic. After a while add spinach and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Spread it over potato puree. Sprinkle cheese all over.
Bake at 400 F (200 C) oven, till the top gets lightly brown (for about 20-25 minutes). Serve warm.

1 buyuk boy sogan, piyazlik dogranmis
1 dis sarimsak, rendelenmis
½ kg patates, haslanmis ve soyulmus
1 yumurta
1/3 su bardagi sut
1 cay kasigi tuz
1 cay kasigi karabiber
1 su bardagi Isvicre/Ceddar/kasar peyniri, rendelenmis


Haslanmis patatesleri genis bir kasede blendir ile pure yapin. Sut, yumurta, tuz, karabiber ve tereyagini ilave edin. Borcam bir tepsinin dibine yayin.
Bir tavada sogani zeytinyaginda sote edin. Sonra sarimsagi ilave edip, biraz cevirin. Ispanagi icine karistirin. Orta ateste 4-5 dakika pisirin. Purenin uzerine yayin. En ustune peynir serpin ve 200 C (400 F) firinda uzeri hafifi kizarana dek 20-25 dakika pisirin.
Sicak servis yapin.

Cheese Lasagna (Peynirli Lazanya)

12 pieces lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups cheddar/mozzarella, shredded
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (optional)
4 cups spaghetti/Italian/tomato sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup hot water
1 tsp salt to taste
Basil/thyme/black pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 10-12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a bowl combine egg, ricotta and other cheese and seasonings (optional). Spoon ½ cup of the sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place a layer of 3 cooked noodles over the sauce, and spread one third of cheese mixture on top, cover with 3 noodles. Repeat twice with 1 ½ cup sauce, cheese mixture and noodles. Finish with the remaining sauce and cheese mixture. Pour 1/3 cup hot water.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for 20 minutes more. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Firini onceden 180 C (350 F)’ye isitin. Lazanyalari buyuk bir tencerede hafif tuzlu suda 10-12 dakika yumusayana dek haslayin. Suzun.
Bir kasede, yumurta, peynir cesitleri ve baharatlari (istege bagli) karistirin. Yarim su bardagi sosu 23x33 cm buyuklugundeki firin tepsisinin dibine yayin. 3 tane lazanyayi uzerine koyun ve peynirli karisimin 1/3’unu uzerine yayin. Uzerine 3 tane lazanya yerlestirin. Bu islemi; 1 ½ sos, peynir karisimi ve lazanya olarak 2 defa tekrarlayin. En uzerine kalan peyniri yayin ve sosu dokun. 1/3 su bardagi sicak suyu tepsinin kenarindan dibine dogru dokun.
Uzerini aluminyum folyo ila kaplayin ve yaklasik 30 dakika pisirin. Sonra folyoyu kaldirin ve 20 dakika daha uzeri acik olarak pisirin. Firindan cikardiktan sonra 5-10 dakika bekletin ve sonra servis yapin.

Scrambled Eggs with Tomato ( Yumurtali Domates)

1 cup crushed tomato
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp flour
½ cup milk
½ tsp salt to taste
1-2 pairs of beef franks, sliced (optional)
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cheese, shredded (preferably mozzarella)

In a pan, melt the butter and stir in flour. Cook 1-2 minutes over low heat. Then stir in beef frank slices and cook for a while. Add tomatoes and cook 2-3 minutes over low heat.
Stir in milk and salt. When it comes to a boil, add eggs and cheese. Cook on low heat stirring constantly, till the eggs are cooked.
Serve warm with some shredded cheese on top.

Tavada once tereyag ile unu kavurun. Sonra sosisleri ilave edin; biraz karistirin ve domatesi ilave edin. Yaklasik 2-3 dakika kisik ateste pisirin.
Sut ve tuzu ilave edin. Sutlu domates karisimi kaynamaya baslayinca cirpilmis yumurta ve peyniri ilave edin ve kisik ateste yumurta pisene dek karistirarak pisirin.
Uzerine rendelenmis kasar peyniri serperek, sicak servis yapin.

Cheese Omelet (Peynirli Omlet)

3-4 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup feta cheese/crumbling cheese/mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp butter
¼ tsp salt to taste
Black pepper (optional)

In a bowl beat eggs and stir in the rest of the ingredients, but the butter.
Then, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and pour the egg mixture. Cook both sides of the cheese omelet till the eggs are cooked (4-5 minutes).
Serve warm with bologna slices.

Broccoli Cheese Soup (Peynirli Brokoli Corbasi)

2 cups chicken stock
2 cups milk
½ cup flour
1 head broccoli (5-6 cups), chopped
3-4 tbsp butter
¼ tsp black pepper
2/3 tbsp salt to taste
300 gr processed cheese/mozzarella, shredded
2 cups cheddar cheese, in cubes or shredded

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, and mix in the flour. Reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes. Mix in the chicken stock and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer about 10 minutes.
In another pot broil broccoli florets in lightly salted water. Cook 3-4 minutes, or until just tender. Remove from heat, drain, and set aside.
Gradually mix the processed cheese/mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the large pot until melted. Mix in the broccoli. Continue cooking about 5 minutes.
Serve Broccoli Cheese Soup warm.

1 su bardagi sut
½ su bardagi un
1 bas brokoli, dogranmis
3-4 yemek kasigi tereyag
½ cay kasigi karabiber
2/3 yemek kasigi tuz
300 gr beyaz peynir/kasar peyniri, rendelenmis
2 su bardagi Cheddar peyniri/kasar peyniri, rendelenmis

Buyuk bir tencerede tereyagini eritin ve orta ateste unu kavurun (2 dakika). Sonra tavuk suyunu ve sutu ilave edin. Surekli karistirarak unun sivi icinde esit olarak dagilmasini saglayin. Tuz ve karabiberi ilave edin. Kaynayinca hafif atese alin ve yaklasik 20 dakika kadar pisirin.
Bu sirada baska bir tencere az tuzlu suda brokoliyi yumusayana dek haslayin (yaklasik 3-4 dakika). Suyunu suzun ve biraz sogumasini bekleyin.
Peynirlerin hepsini corba karisimina ilave edin ve karistirarak erimesini saglayin. Sonra haslanmis brokoliyi ilave edin. Hafif ateste yaklasik 5 dakika daha pisirin.
Peynirli Brokoli Corbasi’ni sicak servis yapin.

Vegetable Cheese Canape (Sebzeli Peynirli Kanape)

6-8 slices of white/wheat bread, sliced crosswise
½ cup milk
1 cup feta/Mexican crumbling cheese, crumbled
½ cup mozzarella/parmesan/cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup tomato, diced finely
½ cup green peppers, chopped finely
A pinch of salt to taste
Any kind of spice you like

Mix all the ingredients, except bread, in a bowl. Then spread the mixture evenly on the surface of crosswise cut bread slices.Preheat the oven to 350-400 F (180-200 C) and bake until the cheese melts and turns a little golden brown.Serve warm. Canapes are good to go at breakfasts and brunches.

Kanepeler kahvaltilarda ve cay saatinde cok guzel olur.

Stuffed Mushrooms (Mantar Dolmasi)

1 lb (~450 gr) button mushrooms
½ cup mozzarella/cheddar, shredded
2-3 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
¼ tsp salt to taste
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of basil (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil

Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel or brush. If mushrooms contact with water so long, they will absorb water like a sponge.
Discard the stalks of mushrooms and chop them finely. Saute them with olive oil over low heat, for about 2-3 minutes. Then stir in black pepper, salt and basil. Mix with cream cheese (optional) and shredded cheese.
With a teaspoon, put this mixture into the mushrooms and press firmly (see the picture). Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and bake the stuffed mushrooms for about 18-20 minutes.

Mantarlari nemli bir kagit havlu ile ya da nemli bir firca ile temizleyin. Mantar su ile uzun sure temas ederse, sunger gibi suyu cekecektir.
Mantarlarin saplarini cikarin ve kucuk kucuk dograyarak zetinyagi ile 2-3 dakika kavurun. Sonra karabiber, feslegen ve tuzu ilave edip, karistirin. Sonra krem peynir (istege bagli) ve rendelenmis kasari ilave edip karistirin.
Bu karisimi mantarlarin icine doldurarak hafifce bastirin (resime bakiniz). Onceden 180C (350F) ye isitilmis firinda yaklasik 18-20 dakika pisirin.

Balkan Style Green Onion Casserole (Balkan Usulu Yesil Sogan Guveci)

3-4 green onions, washed and chopped
1 cup rice/ bulgur/ half and half
1 ½ cup hot water
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup crumbled feta cheese/ Mexican crumbling cheese
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp paprika

Wash the rice or bulgur and leave it in a bowl covered with water for about 30 minutes. Then drain.
In a pot, sauté the onions with oil and stir in rice/bulgur. Then saute for 3-4 minutes over low heat. Add salt and hot water, close the lid and cook over low heat till the rice/bulgur absorbs all the water.
Beat eggs and milk in a bowl and stir in crumbled feta cheese/Mexican crumbling cheese and baking soda. Add this mixture to cooked rice/bulgur and mix them all. Transfer this mixture to a medium size Pyrex dish and sprinkle paprika on top.
Preheat the oven to 400F (200C) and bake till the surface turns to golden brown, for about 20 minutes.

Pirinc ya da bulguru yikayip 30 dakika kadar ilik su icinde bekletin. Sonra suyunu suzun.
Bir tencerede sivi yag ile soganlari kavurun ve pirinc/bulgur ilave edip 3-4 dakika kisik ateste kavurun. Sonra tuz ve sicak suyu ilave edin ve kapagini kapatip suyunu cekene dek kisik ateste pisirin.
Bir kasede yumurta ve sutu cirpin, icine karbonat ve kiriklanmis peynir ya da loru ilave edin. Bu karisimi pisirdiginiz pirinc/bulgur karisimina ilave edip guzelce karistirin. Elde ettiginiz karisimi orta buyuklukteki bir borcam tepsiye dokun ve uzerine kirmizi toz biber serpin. Onceden isittiginiz 200C (400F) firinda uzeri kizarana dek yaklasik 20 dakika pisirin.

Bread Rolls with Cheese (Lorlu Ekmek)-Tutmanik

25-30 gr fresh active yeast/7 gr instant yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg (white goes inside, yolk for egg wash)
¼ cup oil
6 cups of flour, heaping
2 tbsp yogurt for egg wash
1 cup crumbled feta cheese or Mexican Crumbling Cheese
2 tbsp butter/oil
1 tbsp nigella seeds

Place the lukewarm water, sugar and the yeast into a bowl. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and the yeast.
Add the salt, egg white, ¼ cup oil and flour, knead for 5-8 minutes, till dough becomes elastic. Place a plastic wrap on the dough (see the picture) and let it rest for 2 hours in a warm place, till it rises up to double its volume (see the picture).
Place dough on the counter and punch to release air. Then sprinkle some flour on the counter and try to flatten the dough with a dough roller, in 1/10 inch thickness.
Brush the surface of dough with 2 tbsp butter/oil. Spread the crumbled cheese over the dough (see the picture). Then roll it up tightly an cut the roll into 2 inches wide pieces (see the picture in walnut bread), and close the cut ends by sticking and press gently on stuck sides (see the picture). Then place them into the baking tray with baking paper. Leave it for 1-2 hours to rise.
Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Mix the egg yolk and yogurt in a bowl and brush the surface of the Bread Rolls with Cheese with this egg wash and sprinkle nigella seeds on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then switch to 350 F (180 C) and bake for 8-10 minutes till they turn to golden brown.
After taking those out of the oven cover them with a clean cloth or towel to keep them soft. Serve warm.

P.S: Do not use metal container when kneading or resting the dough. Metal spoils the texture of dough.

Ilik suyu ve mayayi bir kaseye alin, icine sekeri ilave edin ve sekerle maya cozunene kadar iyice karistirin.Sonra, yumurta beyazini, ¼ su bardagi sivi yagi, unu ve tuzu ilave ederek, 5-8 dakika hamur elastik olana dek yogurun. Uzerine seffaf film ortun (resime bakiniz) ve sicak bir ortamda, hamur iki kati kadar kabarana dek, yaklasik 2 saat, bekleyin (resime bakiniz).
Hamuru tezgain uzerine alin ve havasini indirmek icin uzerinden bastirin ve tezgahi unlayip oklava ile hamuru ½ cm kalinliginda acin. Uzerini tereyagi ya da sivi yag ile yaglayin ve uzerine kiriklanmis peyniri yayin (resime bakiniz). Sonra sikica rulo yapin ve ruloyu 5-6 cm genisliginde parcalara kesin (cevizli ekmekteki resime bakiniz). Sonra kesik yerlerini birlestirip yapistirin (resime bakiniz) ve hafifce bastirip, uzerinde yagli kagit olan tepsiye aralikli olarak dizin. Rulolari iki kati buyuyene kadar yaklasik 1-2 saat bekletin.
Firini onceden 200C (400F) ye isitin ve yogurt ile yumurta sarisini karistirip, rulolarin uzerine firca ile surun. Corek otu serpin ve 12-15 dakika pisirip, sicakligi 180C (350F) ye dusurun ve 8-10 dakika daha uzerleri kizarana dek pisirin.
Firindan cikarinca, tepsinin uzerini temiz bir mutfak bezi ya da havlu ile ortup hava almasini engelleyin. Boylece Peynirli Ekmek Rulolariniz yumusacik olacaklar.
Sicak servis yapin.

Turkish Pogaca with Cheese (Peynirli Pogaca)

2 cups lukewarm milk/ water
1 cup oil
1 egg (yolk for egg wash, white for dough)
1/3 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
5-6 cups all purpose flour
Instant yeast (7 gr)/1 cube fresh yeast
For glaze: beaten egg yolk, nigella/sesame seeds/poppy seeds

Filling:
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup fresh parsley/dill, chopped (optional)

Place the lukewarm milk, sugar and the yeast into a bowl. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and the yeast. Let it rise for 10-15 minutes.
Then, add the salt, egg white, oil and flour, knead for 10 minutes. Place a plastic wrap over the dough (see the picture) and let it rest for 2 hours or till it rises up to double its shape (see the picture).
Grab egg size pieces from the dough and make it flat in your palms and put the cheese filling inside. Close and make it round or any kind shape you like.
Place them over a greased baking tray, leaving some room. Cover the pogacas with a plastic wrap or cloth and leave them to rise for an hour. Then, brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle some sesame seeds/nigella/poppy seeds.
Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C) and bake for 10 minutes. Turn the heat to 375 F (190 C) and bake for 15 more minutes till they turn golden brown.
Serve warm.

P.S: For softer pogacas, after taking them from the oven, cover their surface with a clean cloth properly, that make it air proof.
You can also refrigerate the leftovers for up to one week and just microwave before eating.

Ilik sutu ve mayayi bir kaseye alin, icine sekeri ilave edin ve sekerle maya cozunene kadar iyice karistirin.10-15 dakika kabarmasini bekleyin.
Sonra, unu, yumurta akini, sivi yag ve tuzu ilave ederek, 3-4 dakika yogurun. Uzerine seffaf film ortun (resime bakiniz) ve sicak bir ortamda, hamur iki kati kadar kabarana dek, yaklasik 2 saat, bekleyin (resime bakiniz).
Yumurta buyuklugunde hamur parcalari koparip, elinizle acip icine peynirli ici koyun, kapatin ve yuvarlak yada istediginiz sekli verin.
Yaglanmis tepsiye aralikli olarak yerlestirin. Uzerlerini strec film ya da bir ortu ile ortup, yaklasik 1 saat boyunca tekrar kabarmasi icin bekleyin. Uzerine yumurta sarisini surun ve susam/corek otu ya da hashas tohumu ile susleyin.
Onceden isitilmis 200 C (400 F) firinda 10 dakika pisirin. Sonra 190 C (375 F) da 15 dakika daha pisirin. Uzerleri kizardigi zaman cikarin.
