Banana Bread is a Great Friend to Help You Maintain Your Current Weight

If you are scared that you will gain a pound or two during the holidays, then let me tell you: Stop being so apprehensive, and start enjoying life. Of course, do this the stoic way, by eating moderately and opting for healthier recipes.
While this doesn’t mean excluding your favorite meals out of your diet, changing them a tiny bit so that they are more on the healthier side won’t be a bad idea. Actually, it is just what I did with my all-time favorite dessert: banana bread.
