Radish Salad With Carrot (Havuclu Turp Salatasi)

1 carrot, washed and peeled
5-6 radishes, stems cut and washed
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp sumac (optional)
Black olives and fresh parsley for garnish

Wash carrot, peel and grate. Also cut the stems of the radishes and wash them. Cut the radishes in half moon shapes, forming 4-6 slices from a radish. Place the carrot and radish to a plate. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Then pour it on the salad and stir the salad. You can sprinkle sumac on top (optional).
Garnish with the parsley and black olives.

1 havuc, yikanip soyulmus
5-6 kucuk kirmizi turp, saplari kesilip, yikanmis
½ cay kasigi tuz
2 yemek kasigi zeytinyagi
2 yemek kasigi limon suyu
1 cay kasigi sumak (istege bagli)
Suslemek icin siyah zeytin ve taze maydanoz

Havucu yikayip, soyun ve rendeleyin. Turplarin saplarini kesin ve yikayin. Bir turptan 4-6 dilim elde edecek sekilde dilimleyin. Havuc ve turplari bir salata tabagina alin ve karistirin. Bir kasede limon suyu, tuz, zeytinyagini karistirin ve salatanin uzerine dokup karistirin. Arzu ederseniz uzerine sumak serpebilirsiniz.
Maydanoz ve siyah zeytin ile susleyebilirsiniz.
