Shepherd Salad (Coban Salatasi)

2 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Fresh dill (optional)
½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp salt

Mix the olive oil, vinegar and salt in a bowl. Then place the other ingredients in a salad plate and mix them all. (You can chop the cucumbers or onions, in any size you like). Then add the oil-vinegar mixture and mix them all.
You can garnish the shepherd salad with black olives.

1 salatalik, dogranmis
1 kucuk sogan, dogranmis
1 yesil carliston/ sivri biber, dogranmis (istege bagli)
Taze maydanoz (istege bagli)
Taze dereotu (istege bagli)
½ su bardagi ufalanmis ya da kup kup kesilmis beyaz peynir (istege bagli)
2 yemek kasigi sizma zeytin yagi
1 yemek kasigi sirke
1 cay kasigi tuz

Kucuk bir kasede sizma zeytinyagi , tuz ve sirkeyi karistirin. Sonra diger malzemeleri salata tabagina alin. (Salatalik, sogan ve domatesleri istediginiz sekil ve buyuklukte dograyabilirsiniz.) Uzerine zeytinyagi-sirke karisimini ilave edip, karistirin.
Coban salatasini siyah zeytin ile susleyebilirsiniz.
